The purpose of this program is to empower young people to become confident, resilient individuals capable of making positive changes in their eating habits.

We achieve this by teaching lessons and inviting guest speakers to educate young people on what constitutes good and healthy nutrition for themselves and their
families.

We believe that through these lessons, young people will learn to choose wholesome foods that promote healthy eating habits, contributing to their overall well-being and enabling them to live happier lives.
